Privacy Policy

The Da Nang Craft Beer Festival 2026 (“the Festival”) collects limited personal information when you purchase tickets or register as a vendor. This includes your name, phone number, and email address.

Your personal data is used solely for ticket delivery, event communications, and customer support. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

By purchasing a ticket or registering, you consent to receiving event-related communications via email and SMS. You may opt out at any time by contacting our support team.

Ticketing & Attendance Policy

The Festival welcomes attendees of all ages. However, alcoholic beverages are served exclusively to guests aged 18 and above. A valid government-issued ID is required at check-in. Wristbands will be issued to confirm age, and all vendors will check for wristbands before serving alcohol.

Each ticket includes a unique QR code delivered via email after purchase from the Danang 365 Tickets platform. Present your QR code at the entrance gate for scanning. Only the first valid scan is accepted — tickets cannot be reused or duplicated.

All ticket purchases are non-refundable. A full refund is only issued if the entire festival is cancelled by the organizers. In case of partial day cancellations due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, the organizers will communicate alternative arrangements.

Tickets are transferable. You may forward your QR code to another person; however, only the first valid scan at the gate will be accepted.

Festival Rules & Safety

No outside food or beverages are permitted inside the festival grounds. Over 50 food and drink stalls will be available on-site.

All attendees must comply with the instructions of festival staff and security personnel. The organizers reserve the right to deny entry or remove any individual who poses a safety risk or violates festival rules.

On-site parking is available at the Ariyana Convention Centre for motorbikes and cars. We strongly recommend using ride-hailing services such as Grab or Xanh SM, particularly given that alcohol will be served.

Children under 12 must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.

Vendor Terms

All food and beverages sold at the festival must comply with Vietnamese food safety regulations. Alcoholic beverages must be properly licensed. No prohibited substances are permitted on festival grounds.

Each vendor may operate a maximum of 2 booths. Booth locations are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, with Premium and Exclusive package holders receiving priority placement in high-traffic zones.

Setup takes place on April 29, 2026, from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. All booths must be ready by 9:00 AM on April 30. Breakdown begins after the May 3 closing and must be completed by noon on May 4, 2026.

A 50% deposit is required within 7 days of contract signing. The remaining 50% is due no later than April 15, 2026. Official VAT invoices are provided within 7 business days after the festival.

Payment Methods

The following payment methods are accepted at festival vendor stalls: Cash (VND), QR code payments (MoMo, VNPay), and credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard). We recommend carrying some cash as a backup.
